show score above object being hit

Hi there

I was hoping to get a score appear on above the object when i hit it... is this only possible by loading and unloading a graphic image of the points when collide or is there a way to read the points through the display text behavior?

    about 10 at most.. 4 at least... but they would be able to hit multiple times thus showing the points each time..
