question about GameSalad Direct!

I just saw the new GS direct announcement.
My question is if we can still put games on the AppStore when the new direct update comes out?

    You can put games up under your own name if you have a current license. Once it expires you will not be allowed to upload your own games to your own iTunes account. They will be sold/published via GS only.

    And would it have all the pro features? Like splash screen etc

    That sucks! So basically they just want us to make games for them? They should help me make games! I shouldn't help them!
    This will only make it worse for them self!
    I think I'm going back to Unity then...
