How long for an UPDATE to go live? Firemaple - How did u update so quickly?

Dear all...

What's the typical length of time for approval of an update? My update's been in review for over a week?! And yet when any new apps have gone into review they've been approved within 2 days....

    Joe's mentioned that he asked for the update to be expedited, due to a number of bugs reported by users.

    You can ask apple for an expedited review, so they can speed up the process for this one time. Don't take advantage of it though, because you're only able to do it a couple of times for a certain period of time

    I think thats what FMG did with his latest version of grisly manor

    Well my update took 5 days to go through. I asked for it to be expedited and they granted a one time allowance.
