Music Toggle Button Help

Should this music toggle button work? : http://bit.ly/bECsaL

Because currently it just flashes between the two (stopping and starting). Sorry.. I know this one's a really dumb question, I haven't got my head around lots of the logic for rules and the timer yet. It's also 3AM, lol. Thanks in advance :)

    I think timer will help(I did the same thing yesterday)
    That flickering problem is from at-the-same-time situation.
    Set timer after 0.1(or 0.2) and put change attribute in it.
    For me, it worked OK.
