Start to finish game tutorials

I'll be making a few step by step tutorials that cover the design of a game from start to finish. Before I started I wanted to swing by here and ask if anyone has a game they would like to learn how to make? Like pokemon, mario, kirby... I'm open to anything.

Just to clarify, when you guys say "Zelda" what version to you mean? gameboy, Ds, classic nintendo... or does it not matter?
I think they mean the SNES version - you know the classic 16-bit RPG look!

Castlevania and/or bubble bobble? Or Metal Slug? Or the New Zealand Story? I've not really seen any reaaally amazingly done platformers in GS.. (I'm sure they exist though).. Thats what I'm going to tackle soon.. It would be nice to see how someone else is going about it. Pending GSDirect news.
That would be great and not to hard to make! =P
UPDATE: Just finishing up the Space Harrier template/tutorial. After I finish taking a nap i'll upload it and start on the next game. Keep the suggestions coming! ^_^

Jumping works most of the time but stops in certain areas.
Get the coin under water to the lefdt. You can jump under water but
after you pick up the coin the Ghost want jump untilhe hits
the vertical bar/wood all the way to the right.
Look forward to seeing it! You may have just saved me a load of work!

I don't lie, i'm a Amiga fan, i love oldies like Rick Dangerous, Shadow of the beast, Giana Sisters, Speedball, Chaos engine, Leander, Superfrog, Putty, etc etc etc
UPDATE: I'm just working on the format of how I should do the tutorial. Turns out thats a lot harder then making the template. XD
I do work in the UDK, but I can't very well do a top-down 2D Rpg with that.
