Spin but dont move?

Anyone know how to make it so i can drop balls on a 'see saw' kind of thing and it spins like if you sat on a see saw? If i make it 'collide' then it also falls down. I want the x and y to stay the same but i want it to spin. I've tried everything. Please make a demo.

Set as unmovable and use interpolate for rotation. Should do the trick!
