There is a joystick demo. search the shared projects. Start with this demo and build your game on top of it so to speak. It is really quite complicated so it is way easier to start with that demo than it is to add it to an game that you have already started.

I need one like say an arrow, not a joystick but and arrow and when thats touch the actor could move or etc.
