I just thought it would be interesting to see if anyone listens to music while making their game, if so what music do you play?
I personally like to listen to music that gives me the "I made it" feel. Like i'm going big time. for the past week I have almost been exclusively listening to this song
Video:
Yes, I'm into hip hop and I like this kid cause hes young and making a name for himself. Much like most of us here.
This song is about this kid taking off and hitting it big, which I like to imagine will be me someday.

I think i might go a little bit insane, and not in a fun party kind of way, if I lived in your house.

I listen to London's Sky FM radio, Absolutely Smooth Jazz, through itunes radio. London has some awesome radio stations!
sorry I started and couldn't stop
I've been listening to this for four years;
"His code not functional or elegant, what do Code Monkey think?
Code Monkey think maybe manager wanna write god damn login page himself."
I loved it originally because not only was I learning to code at the time, with some very ugly results, but I was constantly getting hired by asshats, lol.
""You are in a maze of twisty passages, all alike." - Zork temp domain http://spidergriffin.wix.com/alphaghostapps
While making Annoyed Tomatoes I don't remember listen to music while making the game. That was because I want to hear how the game sounds. It's boring, but making the game sound better is more important.
This is especially frustrating with the sound effects project... and the textbook... I haven't been playing music as much, but I just can't concentrate to both. If I'm writing book content, I need a clear head. If I'm listening to audio content for games, background noises have to be reduced.
Stick on a Halo track, followed by Back to the Future, then a quick jaunt with Mario Galaxy...
It helps keep me in the game mood...
