I was worried at first, but now im not since it probably has to do with GS direct..
It Must be that It will not be automatically Renewed, because it was a Mail of PayPal, and It should be because Price Will Change.
I have 9 months left...
This is just another great example of how disconnected the folks at GS are from their customers and how TERRIBLE they are at communicating. Seriously guys - hire a communications expert, this is like amateur hour. It is painful to watch.
I guess it is something about the automatic renew system that has been killed by the new GSdirect and the new prices.
anyway, people at gs MUST learn a lot about customer care... I had a lot of busines with USA companies, and this is for sure the worst in customer care...

As I?m sure you?ve heard, we?re making modifications to our membership system over the next couple of weeks. Very soon, we will be announcing a new set of membership subscription options - ones that we think all of you will be very excited about, even more than our previous “Pro” and “Express” tiers. As we shift into the new system, we will be canceling auto-renewals through PayPal and Amazon.
As a result, you may receive an email stating that your renewal payment has been canceled. Don?t worry, nothing is happening with your GameSalad account, we?re just stopping payments from going through automatically via PayPal and Amazon.
Again, there is nothing wrong with your account. If your account was scheduled to expire in the coming days and weeks, please know that we will extend your membership until the new options are announced and made available to the GameSalad community.
Some of you may have already canceled your renewing subscription, and if so, you can fully ignore this message.

They are sending the email to let you know this is happening so when you receive the notification from paypal or amazon it doesn't take you by surprise and you get all mad because of the lack of communication.
They are communicating what is happening... Or some of you were expecting a phone call?
They didn't put in the forum because this is not for everyone... this is only for the people who have an actual membership.
For me the only issue with this letter is that the changes are going to take more weeks to happen.
@ReM... lol... everyone have a weird uncle... and the gs guys seems to hire their customer care department from 'weird uncle inc.'... 8-D
YEAH I'M a lucky one I received the 'dear developer' too!!! all is clear now. come on GS now is time to 0.90!!!

I know some may be concerned about the cancellation emails that went out. It's nothing to worry about. The sky isn't falling or anything like that. We're in the process of changing around our subscription models and wanted to make sure no one was caught in the middle.
All we've done is canceled the "auto-renewal" portion of the membership. You still have all the access you've had before. Nothing has changed, other than you're not going to automatically get charged for another year's subscription.
The new memberships are coming very soon and if anyone's account is scheduled to terminate before that date, your account will be extended until we go live with the new subscription options.
