On SALE for a LIMITED time only!, Grab it now!

Santa is in a desperate dash to deliver all his presents to the good children for Christmas!

But his workshop is in disarray! Presents are stuck on conveyor belts, his presents have fallen off his sleigh. You name it, it's going wrong for Santa!.

But you can help Santa!. Help him by getting all of the presents back down from the Conveyor belt and into the Sleigh. Then help him recover all the fallen presents from the rooftops and deliver them back where they belong, down the chimney!

Don't let Santa fail Christmas!, Help his mission today!

    Ah I won't be worrying about that, after all, the word "Dash!" can't be copyrighted :p

    Any unique work can be copyrighted, and you're right that a single word cannot. The issue here is trademark, not copyright. I though the same "one word" rule applied there too, but there's an email from PlayFirst in the linked thread that shows "DASH" as being one of their registered trademarks. They actually have 2 registered trademarks for "DASH".

    I see, there are so many games with the "Dash" title though that they are fighting a loosing battle. I didn't even think of any other game title when I created this, the word "Dash" is required for my title, as it's Santa's Mad Dash! to save Christmas. I don't think another word would have been appropriate.

    I'm on your side! ;-)

    I say all of the devs affected by this make a big scene and try to get some tech news site coverage! They should never have been granted the trademark(s) to begin with...

    Not to mention countless games on other consoles. Mario kart: Double Dash comes to mind, and I bet they won't take on nintendo! Game looks great btw :)

    Exactly lol.

    Thanks for the nice comment :) The game is a tad boring for adults, I hope kids will enjoy though. If anyone here has any kids and would like a promo code to get some feedback for me, from a kids perspective, I would be happy to throw out some codes :)
