Reset Scene or Game

Hello GS'ers,
I've got a game with multiple levels, I've got level selects, i've got achievements as well. If you beat a level it unlocks the level so you can replay it whenever you want. Also, when you beat a level you get an achievement. Simple enough! Now, when I beat the level/game, and I want to go back into the level and play it, I can't, it just forwards me to the next level, and it does this until I'm back to the you win screen. I know I need to reset the scene, but if I reset the scene, it resets the Achievements and the Unlocked levels. I cannot seem to figure out how to reset the scenes without resetting the locked/unlocked game attributes and the achievements that have been unlocked? Can anyone offer some help please?
