I wanted to share the trailer I made for my game, Thumbs: Intergalactic Safecracker Extraordinaire. (A significant update is coming soon.)
I made the trailer completely in GameSalad.

That was awesome! Very professional and high quality
For the blocks scrolling over the letters, did you use some sort of blend mode combination to achieve that effect?
@ToastKitten: Nope, not blend modes. I did it like this:
Top layer: black lettering
Middle layer: white blocks (moving through)
Bottom layer: black background
@juzcook & artonskyblue: Thank you! I didn't have any money to hire someone to make a trailer for me. Ditto for any new software. Then, I realized that I was doing animation all the time in GameSalad. That's when I came up with this idea. All it is, is just using a bunch of timers and mostly the interpolation behaviour. I'm glad you liked it.

There was only one thing that I would do differently. I made the mistake of building one section of animation upon what happened previously. So, for example, the same six blocks that appears in the first row (these are actually all instances of the same actor), are the same ones that occur in the fourth row – I just repositioned them, and faded them in and out, etc. And, I tied the timing of the animation to the game time.
What this means is that, when I previewed the clip, it always had to start from the very beginning. If I were to do this again, I would structure it so that if I wanted to view specific scenes, all I would have to do is change a game attribute. In theory, anyways, this is possible This would enable me to cut down on development time.
Regardless, it was very easy to translate the idea I had to a GameSalad app. I’m glad people are enjoying it.
I'm also waiting for 0.9 to come out and also see what the publishing options are that GameSalad is offering.
Another thing that I'm seriously considering is publishing the full game here at GameSalad -- similar to what firemaplegames and netdzynr has done. It allows people a chance to see whether they like it or not before purchasing it.
