Thanks for the feedback:) Yes, I have some years in school. I'm from Norway so I'm not sure how interesting the name of the schools are for you:) But I've gained the most experience form doing it on my spare-time, for my own and others projects. It might be a good idea to do some split-profit projects in the beginning. You can also gain some experience on free games, BUT...never work for free on commercial projects( people should always offer an % of potential income, unless they're fans of slavery). Good luck:)

Just got some work back from Tom.

I had him do a new UI for my flashlight app, which you will all be seeing once I get my update released.

Tom is timely and professional. He had a proof to me in almost no time, actually listened to my design request as well as feedback and made any needed changes very quickly. His price is great too! I will use him again.

What software programs do you use`?
  • DhondonDhondon Member Posts: 717
@LeonardDeveloper: Thank you for the compliment:)
Sure, just send some info when you need an price estimate.

I use: Softimage 7.01, Photoline, Art Rage, 3D-Coat,Vue 8, Anime Studio and zbrush 2.
So I have most styles covered. But I'm not good at pixel art, and I don't think I'm going to spend more time on learning it. I spend to much time and money (upgrades) on keeping up with all the software I already got.

    WOW!!!!!!!
    thats a lot of software,
    You graphics are mind-blowing!!!!!!!
I shall contact you in a bout a month or so,
Would you recommend anime studio debut or anime studio for simple cartoon style animation?
Could you post something you've done in anime studios, soon if you have the time?

Yes, its costly to keep them up-to-date. I'm Still on 7.01 on Softimage. After Autodesk bought them, it's just to expensive to update.

I would go for Anime studio pro. It just has more options. And with debut is a hassle to export image sequences in png. I've read on their forum that they often have sales. So if you can, you should probably wait until x-mas an see if you can get it for an lower price.

    Thanks :D,
Ya autodesk and adobe kill everything with their prices,
My cousin works for autodesk so i have free maya and free soft image :D,
But i can't use either one of them for my life :D !!
so i think ill try anime studio pro!,
Looking forward to hiring you soon, i don't need that much art,
only about 2 animations and 12 graphics,
i won't be able to give you the info yet but ill contact you in a bout a month or so (ill deffinately pay about a minimum of €80 (about 150 dollars)
    Your art is amazing!!
You should ask one of the sous to make this a sticky!!,
(i won't be able to provide any info on the art till about a month or so)
    Thank You,
