How to get an app out of the app store.

Yes I want to take my lite app out of the store because since its release I have not get any downloads for the regular one and its not like we have iads or anything to make something out of the free ones. Can some one tell me how to get an app out of the app store?

Log in to itunesconnect go to manage applications,click on your app, click rights and pricing, at the bottom there should be something about worldwide store click on the "here" link and deselect all regions.
