Spawning Actors Issue

Hey guys I'm kinda new to Gamesalad so this is probably a really simple question. I've been following this helpful tutorial on youtube with no problem until now. My Life attribute is working fine but I can't get the "LOSE" actor to spawn when I run out of lives. I've redone what the video says about 7 times now and till no luck. Am I missing anything?

Fixed the problem. My background is black so I had actually forgot to put it on the screen. *Facepalm*
