randomizing animation?

hey there

i would like to have an animation idle but have it happen randomly.. say varying from 5 to 15 seconds the animation would play then stop and randomly play again .. can this be done with the animation and then a timer and what would that look like?

    In the timer you can say 'For' - random(min,max) - seconds.

    To choose random(min,max) you first have to press the 'e' button to open the express editor. There you have a drop down menu with several math expressions.

    ive been trying that but it will only play the anim once.. just at a random start time

    im looking for a way to re play it at random

    Yeah sorry, you have to change the 'For' in your timer to 'Every'

    tried that too but for some reason this holds the animation in the middle for a random length...
