I'm familiar with some of this software. You can make websites with Sandvox. Sketch is a vector drawing program. With Layers, you can do a screen capture that seperates all the windows into different files for you. Swift Publisher is a page layout program.
I would suggest you download the trial versions of these software (also available at the site) to determine whether you are interested or not. BTW, I'm not affiliated with either this company or any of the participating software developers.
