how to fix small circles don't look well in gs?

i have a small circle actor about 40 by 40 pixels that is black and red, but it doesn't look as nice as if it was 150 by 150 pixels, it kinda looks pixelated when its so small, will this be corrected when displayed in an iphone screen?

    is the actor size an even number as well?

    The image is 128 by 128, and the actor size is 40 by 40

    try multiple of 2's

    if image is 128 X 128 actor 64 X 64

    if you need actor to be 40 x 40 make image 80 x 80

    make sure when you export from your art app settings are good.. use png when ever you can vs jpg

    and yes what you see on screen in GS when on your phone especially retina will be very crisp
