Always That difference in Financial Reports?

Hello there, I Received my October Financial Report, from 26 of September to 30 of October.
The difference of Sales is very big between sales report and financial report.
For one of my app, sales reports says it sold 396 units.
But financial report only says 267.
Is that difference possible?
How! and Why!

Also I have a Question About Itunes connect.
When you go to OWed, I have Numbers in Negative in my Balance, How could that be?

    Could it be refunds or promo codes?

    Not sure m8 tbh so im clutching at straws here.

    No, I can see promo codes, I have Real Sales, And yes, I Discounted the 2 Refounds that it has :(

    Sometimes end of the month sales roll over to the next month, because transactions were not completed in time by the end of the month, so you should see those amounts for the following month.
