Will an app update erase the high scores?

Hi guys!
In my game, Silly Sheep (submited to apple) high-scores are saved automatically with the save attribute behavior so that they are shown after you close the app and the you openit again.
My question is, if I make an update of the app without touching any of those parameters will the highscores going to be preserved?
So basically, if someone who bought the game made a highscores of let's say 1000, after he installs the update will the highscore be preserved or it will reset to zero?
