question about money from app store

I am not leave in USA.. Can I get money if I sell to app store.. any option... paypal or wire transfer.. do they have any fee for that and how long does it take after you got approve to see thrugh app store

    Yes, thay can send the money to your bank account.

    When your app is approved is in app store in a couple of hours.

    more question I see in forum they said get no1 rank in app store uk or us or taiwan .. how can I find that rank do you have url and normally how much money average can make money per game and how long it take.. by the way, I love you game @magonicolas
