Thank God for the Splash Screen - I thought I wasn't going to have an excuse!

Thank God! Now that I can have iAds and URLs for just $99 I thought I wasn't going to have any excuses at all for why I'm not raking in the dough.

It's all that damn splash screen's fault!

    Ha ha... actually, the splash screen is a concern. I think there should be an "Elite" option ($1999) to remove the splash screen.

    Although, with the new iOS 4.x, many users don't quit out of programs as often. They won't see the splash screen as much.

    I don't think it's going to hinder my plans too badly. I think it's within the norm to include game engine splash screens in professional games.

    People only see the splash screen AFTER they buy it. If the game that follows the splash screen is good, then whats to worry about. If anything it sets the bar low so that when your polished game loads up people think "Wow this is better than expected!" I

    it's a win win!
