Pro vs. Non-Pro or Direct vs. Non-Direct

Is there a real reason to pay the $500.00? I am going to so I can support GameSalad, but is there a real reason.

    With the Professional tier membership at GameSalad, you get access to iAd functionality, the ability to integrate promotional links into your game, as well as Priority Tech Support.     What does priority tech support include?

    For example, if I'm having a problem figuring out how to make a specific action or event happen in the game, is that included. That alone would be worth the cost of the Pro to me.

    Or is tech support strictly for the workings of GS and the Viewer?

    If we upgrade to pro now and its 99$ for the first year does it go up to 499$ a year after the first year? Do Pro users still get to use their own load screens?
