quick question please answer about gamesalad 0.9

ok so let me get this straight i just download the new gamesald and i can upload my game in the app store for free??? with out paying for the pro membership?

    I am starting Gamesalad and facing issue...
    I Clicked on “Publish” in GameSalad Creator but can't find Android as the target platform.
    I also used ~/sdk/tools/android update sdk --no-ui and ~/sdk/tools/android/update adb but still having same issues.

    Please help me out..

    resurrected an old thread, that is very out dated, you need apple dave accounts, and to publish android u need a game salad pro account for 500 bucks
