please help with getting GS viewer off of phone

please help me out

1st how do i un install the GS viewer from my phone? it does not show in itunes and i do not know how to delete it.. does that happen in xcode some where

2nd do i need to uninstall it and create a new license for it as wel?? so log in to apple etc and do the whole thing again?

any help would be greatly appreciated..

    To delete it, you see where the app is on the home screen? Press it for about 3 seconds without letting go, and then an X should appear on the app and you can delete it
