Not able to publish

I am still using the previous version of GS, and haven't upgraded it to 9.0 yet, because I just finished a game and want to publish it... but when I press "publish", and then press the button "Join Now" -although I'm already a member- it directs me to http://gamesalad.com/membership/earlyAccess, but this link says "The page sought above is not here; maybe it was never here at all"... so I'm not able to publish then??? Help! Thanks
