[PHO STICKY] STATUS OF PRO-EMAIL FROM GS WITH SOME INFO

Since no sticky from GS appears to be forthcoming I thought I would post an e-mail I just received from them (it appears airing your issues on the forums does result in service or at least a response). Here is the e-mail:

So there you are. They are looking into it right now. Looks like there must be a bug or something.

    Nice for you.
    And I will bitch around here as long as it is not fixed automatically for everyone.

    I surely won't contact them to look only at my case... I want the service I paid for and I want it without having to contact them.

    Would be nice for me it it was fixed. But apparently its all new pro accounts that are messed up. So the fact that the server says I am PRO does me no good until that issue gets fixed for all.

    So you have a problem with your account, but your purposely not asking for help? Seriously?
