Have there been some changes made to the forum since the upgrade. I've noticed that people are trying to post images here, but they are no longer working? All that shows up now is the embed text. Did GameSalad turn something off???

So here is an idea! Can we use this thread as a way for everyone to explain what can be done in this forum, and how to do it. If you know the answer to the following questions please be help full and post an example and info on how to post below.

Example (1) POSTING VIDEO
How do I post a YouTube video? Can I post any other videos on here, like vimeo, or veoh?

Example (2) POSTING IMAGES
How do I post an image? What formats can I use? Can I post something like an animated gif?

Example (3) FORMATTING TEXT
Can I format my text with things like "BOLD" "ITALICS" "UNDERLINE" what other formatting options can I use?

Example (4) CREATING A LINK
How can I make something a link?

Example (5) OTHER
If anyone has any other suggestion on how everyone can get the most out of this forum, please post some examples here.

Remember don't just post a video or image, explain how to do it so everyone else can learn.

To post a YouTube video, just copy the link from your browser and paste it in the forum.

to make a link just post the link. i think just posting the link to an image might work but let me try:

edit: nope i guess not. but you can use something like this: < img src ="image links" > without any spaces to post an image:

One thing that I've always had problems with is editing the post...it seems easy but after click edit and I submit it, it always reposts my original with added text so there are 2 posts wheni meant to just edit my previous one, what am i doing wrong so i don't always annoy the chefs [although it's always good to toss the salad every once in awhile ; ) ]
