0.9.0 viewer does not see mac

upgraded subscription to pro and downloaded the GS 0.9.0 viewer. I compiled it and installed it on my iPhone.

I ran the GS 0.9.0 app, selected a template and looked for the iDevice icon next to the green play button and see none. When I start the viewer on the iPhone it asks me if its connected to the same wifi as the mac. Yes to both.

Does something else need to be activated in Gamesalad for the device icon to appear?

I have similar problem....on my device it shows the new portrait gs logo followed by Connected to wifi but under that it says Waiting for gameSalad Creator.

Nothing is showing next to the green preview play button.

There should be my iphone icon there....

@utopiangames, make sure your on the same wifi network as your computer AND next to porfolio make sure that your username is logged in

for me it looks ok. the only thing i can think of is it is something that needs to be activated at GS server end.

There is no reason for the icon to be missing in GS. i would expect an application to be designed in a way that would have the icon in gray if not available and color is available.

Logging in solved it, cheers m8.

TSB told me via Skype about logging in so all good and RW is playing great still so happy so far with 0.9.

Just waiting for pro now :P

I will reboot my mac in the morning to see if it works. If not I'll have to log a support ticket.

What gets it working for me is to have iPhone connected, viewer on phone running, close gamesalad on mac and re-open it and the iPhone icon suddenly appears.
