How long do I have to decide on pro?

I just bought GS in august so the 200 dollar hit is still here with me I was wondering though if I have till my current subscription is over to get pro for 99 bucks or is that an opening week price kinda thing?not really sure if I'm gonna do it since i still haven't published my first app and still can't test on my device since the update.

    You have until 31 December this year to upgrade to Pro for $99.
