Cant upload...

hi , i have just logged in to gamesalad (site) and i have had an error message. anyway, i logged into the forums to post this. ia appear to be logged on but i cant convert any gameprojects... i mean ... it does upload the gproject but then it doesnt appear in the list of games (under manage section).
is this just happening to me?
