Publishing has not worked once in 0.9

Alright so firstly, I'm loving the new update and some of the fixes. I've managed to get rid of quite a few bugs that it has brought to my games (some still don't make sense but I have made workarounds) and I'm loving the new Pro option.
However, since the update to 0.9 I have not yet been able to publish a build once. I get to "Uploading Game Project..." and it just hangs and won't even show the progress bar. Then after 10 minutes or so it tells me "The Gamesalad publishing server is having problems. Please try again later." I've been trying regularly since the update launched I have not once got past this problem and I think it's out of my hands.
Am I missing something since I've been reading heaps of posts from people who are able to publish? I haven't even been able to see the new splash screen everyone is complaining about.
