I tried to report a bug but the link was broken. Is that a bug too?

Not only I cant copy behaviors from one project to another but the viewer freezes and I try to report it but the link to report a bug is broken. You probably know about this ones but since I don't know if you know, I thought that I should report them. That was what you told us to do.
