Help with 3 things.

1) Can someone tell me how to make my background scroll slowly?
At the moment my image is 2 actors tiled and I've added a move rule but it remains static.

I want it to scroll slowly as my hero character destroys enemies towards him. Basicly like all side scrollers.

2) Can someone explain to me how to use the camera follow me function?

3) How do I set up checkpoints?
