Hello GS'ers,

Gamesalad keeps crashing for no reason at all...a lot. Is anyone else having this problem? I mean it's not a big deal to me, but my question is this. After it crashes it asks if you would like to reopen, ignore, or report the problem? If I report the problem, this goes to Apple, if I report the problem to Apple, will they eventually stop allowing Gamesalad apps because the program itself is to buggy? I don't want to report the problem to Apple if Gamesalad is going to get into trouble.

Does anyone else think this?

Then report it to Gamesalad http://gamesalad.com/bug

Hi Ginger, thanks so much for your thoughtfulness. I am sorry you're seeing a crash. Is there a particular thing you're doing that you notice causes it to crash? Please do send the crash reports -- we get them, and multiple people really do look at them to try to solve the crash.

It happens to me all the time in 0.9 also. I send the crash reports so hopefully it is solved too.

0.9 editor also still slows down, i hoped that would be fixed.

    Anyway :)

Hello guys, we now have version 0.9.71 and my GS is crashing when in a Mac project (1280x800) I add a collidable tag group and preview it to test it, I only have 4 actors, no images on them, and the action I'm trying to test is moving a rectangle, it starts fine when the key is pressed, once I release it, it crashes. Im in a MacBook Pro 2GHz Intel Core i7, 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3, Lion OS (10.7.1). You think the action are too heavy for my mac?

One little correction, it crashes when ever the rectangle collides or overlaps with the other actor as stated in the collide attribute inside the rectangle

I found the issue!! I was assigning too much density to the actors and this made all GS to crash when the collide attribute ran. Does anyone know what it will be a top density amount?
