App not found in key chain for distribution please anyone help.

I'm trying to put my second app out and I have had nothing but problems
Every thing looks fine with my certs. Execpt key chain can't find my app for distribution.
I have watched tsb's. video several times over. The one thing that I have noticed is when I watch my files download
The icons are blank. In the videos I can see the provisioning Icon come up. Would that have a reason why I can't get my app signed? If so how do I correct that. Please any one help me.

what does the error message say exactly?

I'm not at my comport right. Web I open Xcode and go in to the organizer windo and click in to provis profile
I see my app and it reads invalid it can't did it in key chain.
All other certs check out fine but that one.

I have had trouble ever since I updated to 8.9 and I even re create the who's app and re done my whole dev center vets and wwdr dis and provis in keychain but I must be missing something.
