is there a way to enable a "grid" view?

in order to line up actors faster, i wonder if ther's a grid function or even better, some snap setting so that I could place the squares without doing it individually in each actors attributes?

    I made a alpha grid in photoshop and use that to line everything up. Seems to work perfect for me! I would like a way to select multiple actors tho. Moving one at a time is difficult and slows me down :(

    I've ended up with placing the first key pad and then just count the nudges ... good thing there are only seven in the beginner module I am making!
    Speaking of making, I got the sound working and now I need to find a solution for "release outside" which I will do in a new post so that others can use the info too .... if someone is kind enough to post a solution :)
