multiple collision areas following visible actor

good day

so i have this severe problem. it's so bad, killing me, even, that i even recorded a video and outed my shaky english to you all. i really hope you can help me. and i hope you understand my problem;) please take a look at the vid, don't make fund of me and try to help;)

little recap: the movement is in the invisible actor (not in the demo i'm showing 'cause i was so angry i didn't save and just shut down my mac;) and the visible rocket one is following.
now i need a second invisible collider for accurate collision but if i constrain that to the rocket or the invisible actor with the movement, the problem in the video turns up..

    here some more info, if anyone would be kind enough to maybe test this an a little test-project!?;)

    The actor's acceleration up: 550
    Left/Right acceleration: 150
    Density: 1
    Friction: 3
    Restitution: 0
    Drag: 100

    Scene Gravity: 300

    The Backgroundimage has Density 1, Friction 3, Restitution 1 and Drag 0.
    (don't know if this even matters!?)

    Angular Drag is 0 on everything.

    For the invisible collider I used the same physics and also tried turning Density, Friction, Restitution and Drag to 0. Both resulting in the same problem.

    Anyone have 5 mins to spare and test this? I would be endlessly greatful. I work in a recording studio, so if you need a song made for your game...one hand washes the other;)

    EDIT: the collision box needs to follow the rocket and the rocket needs the movement behaviours. for reasons stated in the vid. thanks!
