adhoc build tutorial?

hey guys just wondering if there was a video or a good tutorial on building an adhoc.Since the update im sure theres alot of people how would love a step by step build for it.
A video would be awesome (Tshirtbooth im looking in your direction)

    Make an adhoc provisioning profile in your iTunes Connect dev account.
    When you publish an app through GS, choose that provisioning profile instead of your appstore provisioning profile.

    Drop your provisioning profile (only the first time) and your app on iTunes and sync to your device.

    Voilá!

    No need for a video tutorial.
