Issue with spawning

How do you keep the main player always to stay on top of the screen no matter what is going on in the scene. for example in some of my levels when the level begins the player appears very quickly then disappears off the screen I can hear when I shot but I cant see him. I want the player to always spawn in the same exact spot every level and stay on top and on screen this only happens on the iphone when I test on the computer plays perfect on the iphone or touch this happens.
