I got to recreate all my certificates I can remember how to do all of it but I forgot
How to approve a new root CA. I deleted every thing in my keychain that I created go GS and the iPhone dev center.
I just need a little help to walk me through this.
The problem was I could not get my app sumetted to iTunes
Any help would be great I've been stuck for months now.

I don't really understand your problem, but...

You need to make a a public and a private key in the keychain first.
    Upload it to dev center.
Then make your certificates in dev center and import them into the keychain.

Everything is written in the dev center under the "how to" tab on the top. Every section has its own "how to"!

You can aprove your certs in dev center simply by changing to another tab and back. I's then aproved.
