One question ... There any program to record the iphone screen?

this question keeps cropping up.

You can either use normal screen capture software on your mac and record either the gamesalad preview, or the simulator in xcode.

Or if your i-device is jailbroken there are some screen capture apps (not tried myself, but they look quite good) called 'Display Capture' I think.

Or record with a video camera.
