Looking for Level unlock/select tutorial....is it gone?

I can't seem to find the level unlock/select tutorial. I remember seeing a video tutorial, but I can't seem to find it. Anyone?

    Otherwise do a forum search, then when it comes back with rubbish results press the search with google button at the bottom. (Some web games have been failing to load since the update)
