Can we use oval or circle shapes as actors?

I have a situation where I need oval actors instead of rectangular or square ones.
Is that possible?
If not, I cam improvise around it but it would be better if there was a proper way to do it.

Ciao for now :)

Go into the physics attributes of the actor and you can selcect circle or rectangle collisions shape

No ovals. If you have an actor that is 100x50 and set it to circular collision shape the collision zone will be a perfect circle with a diameter of 50 that is centered in the actor.

    John, THAT is such goodness!
I'm so glad I asked because I was almost certain that I'm out of luck on this one.

Thanks for all your help :)

Thanks scitunes, I think I'm ok as long as I get a circle because a square would not work for my next project!

    Cheers
