iads shows on my creator but not in my viewer

I am trying to add the iads but its not showing on my device viewer and sometimes it does show but like in the left center and only half of it.
Can somebody tell me how to make it work properly?

    Okay I know what to do even though my pro account is not available

    you have to make a

    new actor ( call it iad)

    Make it invisible

    drag the iAd Behavior

    into the actor you just created (pick top or bottom banner)

    Drag that actor in your scene and preview it

    IT SHOULD WORK : )

    That is exactly what I did and it looks that way when you open and test it on the creator. The problem is when I open the device viewer, It doesn't show up there. Sometimes it does show up but like in the middle of the left side, half on the screen and half out.

    I am making the actor the size of the screen. Should it be smaller?

    I dont think that the size is the problem because y reduced the actor size and it was the same.

    No the size doesn't mean anythinng , you can make it any size.

    well then I am going to keep asking because its behaving strange and since its my first time working with iads, I have no clue about what might be wrong.

    Finally! After days of asking about this exact issue someone else has the same problem! I am pretty sure now it is a bug but I am not 100% sure. I have sent this in to the support folks at GameSalad and was told they are looking into it. Hopefully they will communicate with us and let us know for sure what is going on.

    Hang in there. I have been since last Wednesday :-)

    I just double checked your image and it is exactly the same issue I have. Works in the creator but in the viewer I get the same effect you are.

    I been trying to send this issue to the GS team thru the contact us but every time I try it does not let me because it say the email is invalid. Its the same email of my account and yes I am logged in.

    This is not related but before the Professional membership, you had an express membership right?
    After upgrading, do you loose the rest of your remaining subscription and just start a new year with the new subscription?

    Yes I was express and yes I think that is the case and I don't mind about that the question is when does my pro membership start counting? at the moment It becomes available or at the moment everything start to work properly?

    I have the same problem and have it setup the same as you guys. For me it's stopped working and no longer get the test banner :-(

    So do we know yet if there is a bug in the GS Viewer, the actual iAD Behavior, or in the GS .9? I really wish we could get some good communication from the GS folks as they look into these issues. Something...anything...just a bone to let us know what is going on.
