⚠When does my pro membership start counting?

When does my pro membership start counting? At the moment It becomes available or at the moment everything start to work properly?
Because I am not able to make the iads work properly. In the previewer it looks like it is ok but in the device viewer it looks wrong.

    I know, its just that this is a feature they are selling and its broken. There are a couple of posts here and there about it and they havent say anything about it. That is why I am asking when does my pro membership started or better yet, is it counting right now or can we say that it has not started yet. What is it. I tried to send you this thru the contact us link but guess what... ITS NOT WORKING EITHER...

    And you do have a point in the whole thing about when does our pro membership Start/count, I with you in that one.
