how to extend the scene towards the bottom?

Hi,
I just made my scene hight and went from 1024 x 768 to 1024 x 1200
The thing is that the scene extended at the top and I could use some more space at the bottom.

Is there are way to do that?

    Well you would have to bring everything up and control the camera position with the background, kind of a neucence lol

    Yeah, when I first saw that I was a bit bummed...would be really helpful for them to give us the option of choosing which way we want it
