Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has "rejection" stories to share?
Ia apple on the picky side or how does it go once they take a look?

thanks for your comments ... I do feel a little easier now
Just to make sure, the little stripe at the top of the iPad screen which shows the battery and time etc ... this is not something I have to concern myself? My screen size of 1024 by 768 is all that's needed?
We tested our app and it worked fine and searching the internet I found other people (not GS users) who had the exact same problem and they just resubmitted and got approved the second time. Might be something wrong with apple devices from what I heard... I was a little upset by this because I saw in that period a lot of other GS app approved but also because it was out of my hands as I don't have any kind of control about how GS app is loaded and of-course technical support is in-existent here so no way to get an official answer...
Anyway, we rebuild the app in 0.9 and now it's waiting for review again:

Read the guide lines which you can find from the dev center.
Apple is very inconsequential when it comes to those guide lines. They have approved many apps, which violate those guide lines and my app, which didn't really violate anything, was taken down from the appstore 3 weeks after release "just because".
But for GS games, read the guide lines and you are good to go.
No need to list here everything again.
The word of "demo" is just one thing out of hundred.
btw you can't use "trial", "beta" and similar either.
I had to change a graphic in an app once, because we used the "Disney" font on it!
I had an app rejected because we used the word "Tourettes" in the description, and they said it could be offensive to people with that affliction.
Had one simple app rejected for being to simple and having BBC in the keywords. It was a one button soundboard that played the dramatic drumbeat at the end of the BBC soap opera EastEnders (sound alike not copyright infringing). And had text saying add some impact to your life.
It did take less than an hour to make and submit to apple. So wasn't disappointed.
Anywho, if it hasn't been mentioned then you need to make sure you support both orientations.
