App submitted on november 26th, "in review" for 4 days… what can be wrong?

Hi there!
I've submitted a new game 9 days ago and its status is "in review" since wednesday.
I'm a bit concerned about it...

Is someone going through the same?
It's the first time i'm experiencing this weird situation and I don't know what to do.

Any idea?

Took 10 days for my approval and update, I would think it's busy this time of year with everyone trying to get there game in before Xmas.
