How do I loop a scrolling background image - Flinstones style?

Hi all,

I am looking to create a scrolling background image. Unfortunately, when I try to move a background actor, it very quickly moves off the screen, leaving me with no background.

Is there a way to loop the scrolling background like the old Flinstones cartoon?
